Shipping and handling rates may differ depending on various factors such as the product, packaging, weight, dimensions, and other technical considerations.

As a gesture of appreciation, users may receive complimentary items or coupon codes based on the value or quantity of their order. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined for a single order.

If, in the rare event that your order is canceled due to stock unavailability for more than 30 working days, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified via WhatsApp. However, once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that full payment is required for processing orders. Currently, only prepaid orders are processed. We offer multiple payment options at checkout for your convenience.

International Orders:
Currently, direct ordering of products for international destinations through our website is not available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are actively working to implement this feature soon. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us directly to place orders for international shipping.

Please note that the lead-time for processing bulk orders is 14-28 business days. However, we endeavor to deliver orders within the shortest possible time frame.

Shipping Policy:

Agavai16's products are shipped nationwide across India, with the exception of a few locations due to courier restrictions.

The average processing time for orders is typically 1 to 5 business days.

Domestic deliveries typically take between 7 to 8 business days.

After your product has been shipped, we will send the tracking information to your WhatsApp account/e-mail.

In rare cases, various factors like courier loads, local issues, festivals, natural disasters, popular sale events, and others may contribute to longer processing and transit times. In such cases, delays in delivery may occur.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option. Full payment is required before the order processing begins.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special requests such as expedited delivery, delivery at specific times of the day, or deferred delivery. These requests cannot be fulfilled by our courier partners at the moment. We kindly ask you to refrain from making such requests.

Modification of Orders:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. If you wish to make changes, you'll need to cancel the existing order and then place a new one. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled as the courier logistics are beyond our control. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming it.
Please note that a cancellation fee of Rs 50 will be charged for orders canceled before they are dispatched. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation request.
